Dr.Lubna Rahman

Dr. Lubna Rahman completed her MBBS from Rangpur Medical College in 1998. She has more than 19 years of experience in this field. She obtained a postgraduate diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics from Dhaka University in 2005. Since then, she has been actively practicing in this field, with specialized training in subfertility.

She has completed a certificate course in Transvaginal Sonography (TVS) from State University Bangladesh and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) from OGSB. Additionally, she has received training in basic endoscopic gynecological surgery from UCELS Bangladesh.

Dr. Lubna Rahman worked as a consultant at Kuliarchar (A Government Upazila) for two years. She then served as an Assistant Professor at Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College, Kishoreganj, for three years. Currently, she has been working as an Assistant Professor at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College for the past two years.

She has three publications in national journals, and one research project is ongoing at Suhrawardy Medical College. Dr. Lubna Rahman is confident in managing general Obstetrics and Gynecology patients, as well as subfertility cases. She is skilled and experienced in performing general Gynecological surgeries, including total abdominal hysterectomy, laparotomy, vaginal hysterectomy, perineal reconstructive surgery, and many others.

She is an optimistic, positive, and hopeful individual who is patient-friendly and empathetic. Dr. Lubna Rahman is dedicated to using her knowledge and skills for the betterment of her patients.
