Description:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will also help foster a positive and productive workplace culture, ensuring all HR processes align with the company’s goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process from posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisals, employee development programs, and goal-setting.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and maintain records of compensation.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize professional development opportunities for staff. • Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR software, and generate reports as needed.
