Description:
The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The Junior HR Executive will also help foster a positive and productive workplace culture, ensuring all HR processes align with the company’s goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Management or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process from posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisals, employee development programs, and goal-setting.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and maintain records of compensation.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize professional development opportunities for staff.
- Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR software, and generate reports as needed.
