Description:

The Executive Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase the diagnostic centers’ market share. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients, ensuring the promotion and growth of the center’s diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to promote services and gather feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing Initiatives:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and presentations.
  • Represent the diagnostic center at industry conferences, seminars, and other events.

4. Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the diagnostic services offered by the center.
  • Stay updated on new diagnostic technologies and trends in the healthcare industry.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
